Play as dinosaur dlc

The only DLC announced so far is the Fallen Kingdom DLC that comes out with the US release of JW Fallen Kingdom. You could suggest your idea in the "Wishlist" section on the top of this forum. As of now (current information) you will not be able to play as a dinosaur.
I don't think the game is designed to be played from a first person perspective. This game is essentially intended to be a (crisis)management game.
It is unlikely that you will be able to control the dinosaurs directly.
I personally do not think this aspect would provide much value to the game, but that's just my humble opinion.

Maybe but it's still an idea and therefor "Wishlist" worthy.
Like the 1000th time it has already been asked. I wish some would close this thread.
If this is a reoccurring thread, report it and then the mods will close it. Other then that just refer any thread that is duplicate to the wishlist.
