Player started Civil War in Ho Hsi now up! Come join the fun Commanders!

Hey everyone, we have been working on this since release and finally pulled it off:

Ho Hsi has a Civil War now!

I was going to link some pictures but as a new account I sadly can't.

So we hereby invite all Commanders to take part in one of the first player started Civil Wars in the game and fight for Jet Comms Limited and the Federation to take the system from the greedy hands of Ho Hsi Corp!

Down with the fedscum! I'll come fight to preserve the freedoms those Ho's (that's what they like to be called, I asked) currently enjoy. Long live the Hoes!

As I'm deep in Empire space, I won't be able to come see it. Did the system spawn Conflict Zones? Are there any capital ships?

It does but takes a lot of effort of multiple people. What about the rest of players? Would be nice if they could influence the galaxy as well. it seems to be very complex enormous effort to currently get these gears turning. We need mini-events that 1-2 players can trigger.

Conflict zones are there!

No capital ships as far as I can see, which makes sense cause I can't see any of those two corporations have one

Well, and i just bought at Viper for just this kind of eventuality. If it still happening tomorrow, I'll be there!

Still haven't worked out if I am pro og anti Ho though. My wife is not helpfull on the matter.

I'm curious as to what exactly you are there watching other than the tag (Civil War) in the system.

Well the conflict zones? I wa sjust going to post a little picture of the system map showing it, the faction % and the conflict zones having spawned.
You know,some visual aides.

What do you mean 'player initiated civil war'?
How did you start it?
Does it affect anything in the game or is it just an invite to a frag fest?

We helped the faction Jet Comms Limited located in the Ho Hsi system to gain influence close to the percentages of Ho Hsi Corp, the ruling faction there.
We then made Jet Comms strong enough to challenge Ho Hsi Corp and caused enough civil unrest for a civil war to actually break out in the system.
Now Conflict zones of high and low intensity have spawned and players can choose which faction to fight for as my group of players tries to help Jet Comms Limited win the war, take control of the system and thereby turn it into a Federation controlled one.

TL;DR We started a civil war.

Nice work, this is one of my drop off and collection points on my trading route...should help with profits hopefully....me thinks Battle Weapons will be in shortage :)

Will come along for a bit of fighting as well.....

I'm friendly to Ho Hsi Corp. Jet Comms tend to offer criminal missions. And that's my home system. You can count on my opposition to this movement.

Just as soon as I get back from the holidays with family. Like in two weeks...
