So far one of the only major annoyances of the game is that some of the places you need to go are a long way from the nav beacon you jump to. For example, last night I jumped from Sol to Alpha Centari, but I needed to get to a station orbiting Proxima Centari, which is a quarter of a light year away. There's no way to jump to Proxima Centari, so I had to supercruise there from Alpha Centari; it took over an hour of real time... I was up to over 1800c for most of the journey, but it was still boring as hell. I certainly won't be doing it again.
Now, I see and appreciate the value of maintaining the real distances, and making some places difficult to get to. I don't want to get rid of that. However, it would be very nice if you could buy a Nav Beacon (especially one you could 'tune' to a specific frequency that you'd be able to share or sell to others), and place it in orbit around a specific star (or even planet/moon), and then have that become a valid jump destination).
So that's my "suggestion number one"
