Marauders Vanguard would like to have Surstromming (the Swedish fish delicacy) added to Elite as a commodity, possibly require a caustic rack to transport.

I heartily agree. In fact, I would love to see Surstromming sold as a rare commodity from Marauders Vanguard (VANG) headquarters at Noctrach-Ihazevich Research Facility in Pleiades Sector AB-W b2-4 or from a system belonging to its BGS PMF, Marauders Shadowcouncil, perhaps Phillpotts Prospect outpost in Guayeb.
