Newcomer / Intro Please authenticate/redeem login issue

So i bought ED 2 years ago through the store and have order confirmations and everything in my Frontier account. I go to the downloads section in my Frontier account and download the launcher to get the game downloaded. I hit the "login" button on the launcher, go through the authentication and it gives me the "Please authenticate/redeem" error!!! what. How does Frontier f*** that up??? No idea how to fix as this shouldnt even be an issue to begin with. Lets review:
1) bought ED and have order confirmations and can download the launcher in my frontier account
2) Dl'd launcher and go to login
3) Launcher cant recognize that i bought the game already AFTER I DOWNLOADED THE LAUNCHER AFTER BUYING THE F** GAME ALREADY.

Anybody got a fix for this dumb s***?
