Well as a self-professed seal ripe for clubbing, I’ve got to say the behaviour and justifications of my self-appointed protectors is mildly disturbing to say the least...
Don’t mind me though, I’ve spent the last three bus rides to work catching up with this thread, so by all means carry on carrying on
If these are the calibre of upstanding moral paladins who’ve appointed themselves my custodians though, the anarchist communes of Colonia are looking more appealing by the minute.

Now you're telling us we have to ask you directly in a private message? Just how open and accountable are you if you do not answer the question (which no one has yet) or want to conduct the conversation behind closed doors?
You're wondering why people are giving SPEAR a hard time, I would say because, from my perspective, you're giving them good reason to.
I return again to the idea that people who claim the moral authority nearly always slip into murky realms where they can do what they like because they have the 'moral authority', then get indignant when questioned about it.

Did you not see how any discussion on this forum quickly goes over the same old routine of "No U", bringing back twisted "facts", and a "feelz" contest?

It's just the same small set of folks, and no one nor any fact is gonna change their minds.
If folks really have legit questions, and concerns, they know where to find us without having to deal with the circus that these threads tend to devolve into.
Plus, if we really share the actual facts, then some folks are quickly reporting the posts for naming & shaming or whatever.

Yep. I do welcome people devoting time to act as a counter-weight to griefing, but I'm not particularly enamoured with the whole "above the law" or "ends justifies the means" deal and, if I'm completely wrong on all of this, the opaqueness of the "rules." To me, that sounds like just another faction that likes to blow up and justify it by a rule set made up by themselves.
If I'm terribly wrong about this then I apologize, but it's beginning to look a lot like 6 of one, half a dozen of another to me.
If you are interested in following up, you know where to find us. It's a bit hard to know exactly what you object to given how all over the place this thread has been. There is also extra context behind any story. Ultimately, Spear is a collective of various groups and individuals, as tempting as it might be there is no one size fits all in such a large group (some do powerplay, some think powerplay kills are "wrong", etc.)
Yet no one seems capable or willing to give it. As they say, the optics are awful on this. Every time you don’t answer you paint your organisation in a worse light. No skin off my nose.

There is a scientific approach to things and the "whatever number I will get, my mind is already made up" approach. If you can't explain what you intend to do with that number, it means that you are in the latter bucket, and we can call it a day.
You’re wide of the mark here, it’s not for you to determine whether the answer is meaningless, what my intentions are once (if) the true number is revealed. You can project any mindset onto me you like. What you’re obviously incapable or unwilling to do, is simply give the answer and allow me to do what I want with it, if anything.
