Happy to help as long as someone coordinates. Dont fancy spending a few hours doing this only to find Ian (faster than a speeding bullet) Phillips has already finished and posted.

I suggest collecting a list of willing volunteers and the coordinator assigns a30 second (if there are enough volunteers} segments to the volunteers with the preferred completion deadline.

Incredible regret that you did this work for nothing. Believe me, I am familiar with this situation, when we have the Russian-speaking forum several people at the same time take up the translation of the text =)

I'm comfortable with that word, and with ellipses. Do what is more convenient for you.
For me, the main thing - it is to rely on a pause in the text, and a pause in the sound of the video, as I understand very little English, this is probably the only thing that I can rely on, comparing it Braben and Russian translation =)

For example, writing on the forum is not prepared text, and the phrase "I got to work right now," and after the creation of every minute subtitle edit your message by adding new text.
In any case, as I do that when Ashley tells about the news. I try immediately after it write my message with the text "There will be Russian translation for", and when it will build - just edit the message by posting a link to the result.
Of course, if for some reason you were gone away from the computer, and you can not continue to create text - you need to write about it on the forum, otherwise others will think that you are still working on this piece of video, and will not take it to work.

Yes, you understood correctly.
In fact, it does not matter to correct the past message, or add a new one. The main thing - to report to other members of that right now you are doing a segment from a time before this, so that others are not doing unnecessary work.

You are able to edit your own posts, so when you have an extra piece of text to add, click on the 'edit' button and add your new text to what you had already posted.

This afternoon we have had very strong winds in north Holland, which has created thick dust storms. When I got home today, I opened my door and saw black dust blowing all along the floor. Because it has been warm, I had left a window open and the dust has got everywhere! So now I can get to cleaning :mad:

If the dust is fine, it will be difficult to remove it .... although if there is a vacuum cleaner, you can all suck it.
Today, we, too, was warm, I was home all day and aired, let the fresh air after winter.
