Please Help: Guests won't load onto Monorail

My guests won't enter the station, even though it looks ready to go and is waiting for them. I have "don't block station" checked on all four of my stations. As you can see, this station here has ALL the cars waiting. The other stations are empty, and have huge line-ups of people waiting. This monorail was saving my zoo from losing money but now it is stuck! Anyone know the solution? I tried to submit this to Issue Tracker but an error said "unfortunately we are unable to add this issue to the system."

Edit: it seems that unchecking "don't block station" is the trick. Which is...weird. I think this is an issue Frontier should consider... too bad Issue Tracker isn't working.

Actually it's pretty logical - when you have 'don't block station' ticked you are saying that the train should go as soon as one arrives but that means your guests only have time to get off. By the time they would enter another monorail train has arrived so the game logic says the first one should go. So options are to reduce the number of trains in total on your ride or play around with the max waiting time until you are happy that your train leaves a reasonable amount of time after the one behind arrives. It can take some trial and error across the whole system.

Having said all of that - I would like Frontier to look at how long it takes guests to unload from transport rides. Some seem to sit forever in the carriages and because they walk off slowly rather than running to leave it can make it impossible to get some station set ups to work (i've tried it in one of my zoos and no matter what settings I use the carriages end up clustered towards one station because it takes longer for people to get the animation to leave).
