I read how in the recent update, some of the feathery dinosaurs in the game were given additional animations in order to shake off water and snow they got from being exposed to the weather. These were new which included the Yutyrannus, Sinosauropteryx, Moros Intrepidus, Oviraptor, and Quetzalcoatlus. The last one in particular has gotten my interest as weather never enters the aviary, so I got into the game, hatched a Quetzalcoatlus, made it snow heavily and she brushes the snow off.
This is cool addition as I did not see this before... but it would have been much more effective if it is snowing in the aviary in the first place.
This was a detail I brought up in this thread here, and I still believe that the weather should enter Non-Jurassic World Aviaries.
The JP, DFW, and Malta aviaries are not as air tight as the Jurassic World glass one, and it would make sense if the effects of rain, sand, and snow would enter these colossal cages. Having the Jurassic World Aviary be the only one that prevents weather from entering would be a nice compliment to the Jurassic World building aesthetic (Modern, Advanced design+tech, no expense spared). It would also make this Quetzalcoatlus animation a more natural response to the pterosaur being irritated by the weather, because the weather got in the aviary.
