Please, this matters so much at times. I just lost about a month of progress in my current run because I was trying to clean up my save folder and deleted the wrong file.
Also I save a lot and I don't like having to play the guessing game of which save is the one I want to load. I want to be able to name my saves if I choose to. Especially end of year saves and saves I make right before a big decision like a contract signing.
