My X feed has been degrading for some time. I'm getting so many angry posts in my ELITE DANGEROUS feed that it's becoming somewhat frustrating. Furthermore the proliferation of bots and onlyfans adverts is diluting the quality of comment sections to the point of the whole experience being reduced to mindless scrolling.
More and more the content is offensive or irrelevant. That's fine. It's not for me, it's for others who want that content - I'm free to go elsewhere for the content I desire.

The only place on the internet more biased and unwelcoming than Reddit, is Bluesky.

I don't use X either...But...
It's not just politics, I don't have a twitter account and the UX is unberable, if I go to https://x.com/EliteDangerous it just gives me garbage, tweets from 2017-2020 and persumably no way to actually sort by date without creating an account. It's ok for embeds since most places support it, but someone else has to go find the tweets first.
Twitter is something that's also likely to get worse and not better so charging your FSD to jump to another system is a good idea.
