It's an old MS Sidewinder FFB joystick (the first model with a DA-15 Game Port plug), which I'm using through USB through a hand-built micro-controller device.

I'm sure it's not a very common controller.

I also got a pair of MFG Crosswind Rudder Pedals, which I'm not using with E:D at the moment but am including for completeness' sake:
