Hi All

I thought I'd try an extremely unlikely test...I dug out my venerable Microsoft SideWinder Force Feedback 2 Joystick... I retired it many years ago, before Vista, when Microsoft refused to support it (only months after purchase). Before I loaded Elite Dangerous (Beta 2.06) my current Windows rig (7 Ult.) refused to even see the joystick.... BUT when I load ED... suddenly Windows "recognized" the stick and even downloaded and installed the necessary software. Go figure! But thanks ED and Frontier for resurrecting what is perhaps my favorite joystick of all time (I know there is much better out there today, but.......)
