I'm 100% with you on this. It should of been in the main game from the start, not this dead horse. Everytime I open up that rank panel and see CQC I just shake my head and think "oh Frontier it could of been so different, what a golden opportunity you had". Now I see it as a badge of shame for Frontier.

How about we just make CQC playable without going through great effort and contortions to find a game? I.e. bots to fill empty player slots after a 60 second match delay if it isn't full yet.

I would love to play CQC but have never matched. Probably 100 attempts.

I think if CQC was incorporated into the main game from the very beginning and given a nice explanation of lore, the uptake would of naturally been much stronger.
And for people who purchased CQC as a stand alone product could well of be intrigued to see the rest of galaxy that had been gated off to them, creating new purchases.

Wait, it's a separate purchase? I don't see it in the PS Store, and mine doesn't even work; never has. I tried, but after 15-20 minutes of what I thought was "matchmaking," I assumed it didn't work for PS4.

Keep it .. but move it on to page (3) or (4) in the right panel? (I don't really mind it myself, even though I'm a rank, amateur). Would love to see a ladder league, world cup and HUGE cash prizes in game for CQC sport stars though. And personality pieces in GalAudio please. o7

edit: If it did get moved, could replace the icon and fill the space with your highest major faction rep???
