I just travel to a different system. XDPretty much NOT this!
The mission-board changes very well, depending on the state a given faction wich is present in that system. Also the government-type of the controlling faction determines, wether there is a blackmarket on station or not. At war you got war-related missions. During a pirate attack, Massacre-mission, during election Courier-missions, Boom-states or famines grant lots of profit for certain commondities.
But, yeah...it's all nothing but change of a text-box.
I suggest start playing the bgs before stating such nonsense.
All these places to go and people insist on sticking with a handful.
As for missions? Who needs missions? Just hit a RES or conflict zone, (Any conflict zone, I really don't care who wins), and blow up ships. Or buy cargo. Yes I actually buy cargo.
And I mean to be fair. It's a video game. Technically everything is just a text edit. Elite Dangerous politics are not real.
