The last two.
One was shot in his car without resistance.

This one was shot reaching for his license and registration. Now, I dunno about you, but if I'd just informed an armed police officer I have an open carry permit I wouldn't be reaching for anything unless it was at sloth speeds and in full view. But I guess it's more important to learn how to fire a weapon than to learn how to behave around armed police officers when you're carrying a weapon. Every encounter for a cop in a country where guns are freely available is a potential life and death situation, my nerves would be fried too. The gun owner might go through his entire life without drawing his weapon and thinks it's awesome being a gun-owning 'Murican! And he's never learned how to behave around people whose lives are under threat everyday. This is why civilians shouldn't have guns.

And the other was shot lying on the ground without resistance.

This one I can't explain. But I do wonder why he resisted arrest, maybe it was because he was carrying a weapon?

But you dont drag a weapon from closed jacked and fire like that.
There is more than enough time to confirm wether its a weapon or not he pulls out.
And Policemen are trained for this.
The only way for it to happen how you describe it would be that the Cop panicked and made a stupid mistake out of fear.

Mate seriously. How is he supposed to draw a weapon with his face stuck to the ground and his arms behind his back.
Lets assume he had one. Its legal to have one. If your on the ground with no way of using it its no reason to        g shoot him

I'm not justifying the the actions the police took. I'm just saying that the behaviour of the people contributed to the outcome. You can't ignore that just because it doesn't suit the narrative.

Patrick my friend - Americans are really not all that bad. It's their government system that is a disgrace. The GF and I have seriously considered relocating back to the UK - but the weather is just terrible

Yes the United States have also good aspects. But justice, police, weapons ... my god

As a German I trust the German Police and would call upon them any time I am faced with a Situation where I need help.

That's good for you, I don't "trust" any police, I've be in many countries, some are ofc better, however they are mostly only concerned about whats generate a revenue. If you get in trouble how fast will they be there? 3 minutes, 20, 30, 1 hour? you could be dead by then.

Anything above 3 minutes can be fatal.
