EDIT: Okay, all data updated to this tick for the Colonia region now, so any changes from now on should be as a result of the tick.
Test system for me will be Pennsylvania, leading faction NLH Gang 35.9% Boom, Outbreak; Colonia Mining Cooperative + Consortium Pioneers in 3-3 election (Pioneers also in Boom) at 7.4% so the tick should be really obvious there when it occurs.

EDIT 2, 1220 UTC: Pennsylvania at NLH Gang 40.6% Boom, no Outbreak; CMC 10.4% None, CP 3.1% Boom, asset transfer to CMC of Santos Mines.

Just flagging now. 1230 UTC in the system I'm dealing with. No change.

I only just logged in, so no caching and stuff like that (as in, game was quit to desktop). Will try again 1240 and 1250, coz pending update 1300.

EDIT: 1230-1240 tick happened. That's what would've screwed with my calculations for day 2... back when the tick happened around this time, it never used to happen this late out. Because I was having early nights while I was sick, those medium CZs would've been run while the tick was still happening, not before, so when I woke up next day, would've looked like nothing happened... then it would've blended in with my activities for Day 3. Ungh.

Looking through the logs, tick started around 12:09, complete by around 12:40 out here in Colonia.

Just to confirm, you're suggesting the tick is going to happen in 3 hours, from this post:

That's what I rolled with when doing my day 2 check.

Could it be you lost the first day of war due to not doing any work before the tick then, perhaps?... as well as having opposition either through randoms or people who have a vested interest

I used to work on the premise that don't do any BGS intended activities 1 hour before or after the predicted tick as this sometimes seemed to go missing or lost in transition and might appear in a days tick when you didn't expect it. I went by this because as we all know the tick is not instantaneous but incremental over a short period.

1 hour to the tick, would not appear after the tick but the tick after that.
1 hour after the tick would not appear after the next tick but the tick after that.
