Firstly, I made this composite using a few screens of the mission screen so we can get a clean look at JWE's map
Very quickly, I began to realize that the points on the map, either the grey dots visible above or the emblems on the park select screen in career mode, had no relation with where are parks were situated. So what are the grey dots? The port for each island.
All of them are on the coast, like our parks, but specifically we know from every map of Jurassic World that the port was on the southern tip there, and aditionally we can see a dock in the aproximate location of the grey dot on Pena
After studying each park, I found that pretty much all of them are near the coast so we can make comparisons with the coastline to locate the park on the map. There was no garauntee that could be done, but the result was suprisingly positive. Pena is the easiest to locate, and what you can see from the Park locates it on the map exactly. Muerta, Tacano, and Nublar match up well enough after some searching, though my depiction below may be incorrect in scale. The problem is that Matenceros and Sorna have issues; neither have good coastline matches so a spot that looked close enough and made sense was used.

Red= speculative monorail track connecting port and park based working off known path
After the latest news I saw a few people concerned that the current maps not getting larger spoiled their chance to recreate the park from the films, but I think we may yet get our chance. As you can see, this leaves plenty of space for large maps on every island, and the existing Nublar "sandbox" doesn't transgress over the areas of either of Jurassic Park or Jurassic World. And all this is just for Nublar and the 5 Deaths; the aftermath of Fallen Kingdom gives us literally a whole world of posibilities.
