Possible name change bug?

Yes, it was driving me crazy, same issue for habitats and custom signs. Then I descovered it works if you press enter after typing in the name.

I think you had a slightly different issue, when I was trying to type of an animal name with a new one it just wouldn't happen it kept reverting, and when trying to delete the existing name it wouldn't respond.

I've got the same problem ,I can't change animal names ,I've tried it in franchise and sandbox thinking it might be a franchise mode thing but it makes no difference!
