Powerplay Power Play question

forgive me if there is a thread somewhere that discusses this I couldn't find it. It says if I leave my current power their followers will hunt me down for 2 days. what if I'm currently 25,000 light years from civilization? will they charge out into the unexplored nether regions just to blow up my expo ship?

That's only if you defect I belirve, if you just leave they don't bother you.

If you do defect I don't know if they'll go that far out, try it and see?

No they won't. I defected my power when I explored this summer. Nothing happen. No spawn ships in middle of nowhere.

If you defect, other power NPC aren't going to interdict you, except your former power. Life is easier outside powerplay in the bubble.
