There was not that big round thing which pops to extract PR.Did you activate the PR ejection system after removing the panels?
I know how to get PR/DPR from crashed ships. But that one was undamaged SRV in settlement. Do only crashed SRVs have PRs?Those aren't the panels...
Edit: Did you skip the tutorial?
I see. Undamaged one had two red panels in the back I cut off with some electric items but no PR.All of the PR's I was able to get were from damaged SRV's. I even tried to take the PR from my own SRV. Did not work.
Did you look underneath it?I see. Undamaged one had two red panels in the back I cut off with some electric items but no PR.
backs do not have regulator. Regulator slot is UNDER srv. You should sit and get under it.I see. Undamaged one had two red panels in the back I cut off with some electric items but no PR.
noOK. I see that it's underside. Is it possible to flip an SRV with my one for example, or with rocket launcher?
I wish.If a player is away looting a settlement and I find his parked srv, can I steal the power regulator and leave him with a non working vehicle?
Thats a shame. I'm guessing that if I have an empty srv bay I cant steal it, fly off and leave him wondering where it is, either then.I wish.

It is. There was one mining settlement I reactivated a few times with an SRV that dropped a regulator about once every 4 trips. That was a nice bonus.I'm not sure it's a sure thing.
Isn't it a random chance that an abandoned SRV MIGHT contain a useable power regulator?
