When is 1.3 supposed to go live?

Whenever it's ready I would think. There is no fixed deadline or date.
Still seems like a work in progress.
It's better they release it with minimal issues than with many which may not be fixed for months.
Better to let those who have the Beta access do their thing and flag as much as they can so we can all enjoy it later.

Just requires patience, basically.
