That you can avoid 90% of the downsides in Solo is indeed a fact - but I have to admit I really don't like that mode

At this point I'd love to know which power you're aligned with. So I can undermine it in solo mode.

Some Powerplay groups actively discourage Solo undermining;

Although - I doubt anyone would know about you, and if you're surrounded by unwanted PvP ships while hauling commodities...I doubt anyone would blame you either!
But that being said, the competition between Aisling Duval and Jerome Archer over Christmas has been really really enjoyable;
I've done some truckin', I've done some CZ's, and I've done some PvP. I've made some new friends and enemies (while also bumping into a few old ones!)
And I loved every second of it o7

Not sus at all that their hard work and determination only managed to eek out 4.38 million merits on Christmas, and this week they pulled that by day 3 and are looking to break 10 by the end of the cycle.

I am not in the mind changing biz, so I say,

Why not?

Once you do the first cake walk unlock, you will pick up merits as you go, ship scans merits, attacked by Enemy Ships, while doing missions merits, (Insert Power Choice), give's useful bonuses, Reduced re-buy, Increased Bounty Payout, + other Combat related one's, or whatever the Power is into, dealer's choice.

If you are not big on Mat collecting, Care Packages give both ground and the usual Mats.

I doubt I will do any active PP.2.0, I have the Concord Cannon's from KAINE, I will now be doing the above if I am in the area.
