Powerplay Pledging Problem

I'm trying to pledge to the emperor but for some reason, no matter who I select it pledges me to Aisling instead. Is this some sort of underhand espionage perpetrated by agents of the blue haired princess? Is anyone else falling victim to this treachery?

Nevermind, I logged out and back in (this time making sure I was in open) and it seems to work now.
