All quick question on the rating vs merits collected,
I know when the tick rolls over you drop half the merits etc... but what is no clear is the rating, i.e. before the tick you have 1500 merits, rating 4, after the tick you have 750 merits, will the rating be 4 or 3 ?
The reason I ask, is currently unlocking the PP weapons etc.. rating 4 with 860 merits, (3 weeks 1 day) do I need to push the merits up to 1500 again before the next tick? or will this be enough to unlock the weapon? as I have very limited time this week.
