Practice Session Red Flag Bug

So I've had red flags in 3 practice sessions so far, and each time there seems to be a bug with it restarting. One of my drivers will not be allowed out due to "invalid configuration" despite having no terminal damage and correct tyres and fuel. The other driver meanwhile keeps getting the "heading to garage" message every couple of laps when he shouldn't be and doesn't come in anyway. Then the session timer for the next practice session is bugged as it kinda like, squished? Could this be fixed, cos it's especially annoying when the driver that can't practice had also sat out FP1 for the reserve driver.
I've attached screenshots of both of these occurring. (had to crop one cos it was apparently too big)

Thanks

Hello,

concerning the pilot with invalid configuration, when you've tried to change the tyres, are you sure you selected tyres who were available...the reconfigure screen would have been more helpfull

But for sure, sometimes, the lap numbers revert to zero for no reasons...

If the gasoline you plan to use is more than the tires can run, you put gasoline for 15lapsp, but the tires will only last 12. It gives you an invalid configuration (not sure this is the case)

I tried fresh softs, mediums, hards.
Changed the fuel levels (don't worry, always less than the tyre's life).
Tweaked the setup.

One thing I forgot to mention was that I changed the driver's front wing during the red flag (it was less than the red flag time to change, and all other parts were fine).
So what I think is happening is either the timer for replacing the front wing didn't go down, or the game doesn't recognise he has a new front wing and so won't let him go out.

Not sure how I'd be able to go back in the save.
But yeah, would be interesting if you could force red flags to test this, could just be something with changing parts.
I changed my engine mid-practice once and at the end of the session the new engine had the same wear as the one i was replacing for some reason.
Kinda niche since you probably shouldn't be changing your engine during a practice session but still something that shouldn't happen.
These will probably be fixed in a patch anyway.
