I think you can get one refund a year through steam.

since we're forcibly mixed here, do yourself a favour and head over to the elite dangerous forum, have a look and find out how frontier treats their own games and userbases. deluxe? if that's a joke it aint even funny ...

yes indeed, steam's refund policy is best in industry. that's how you run a honest business ...
Nah, I have done tons of refunds through Steam and all in the same year. Well not tons, but I have probably done 4 or 5 refunds throughout a year.
It's good. But Origin was allowing refunds before Steam did. They had been doing it for a few years before Steam and Origin is EA's digital platform. The only problem I have with Steam's refund policy is 2 hours is a bit short to find out if a game is good or not. Some games don't get enjoyable till later on. Of course I know they can't have people completing games and getting refunds.
Really nice. I know most digital are one time only so that's good.
I have done rage uninstalls and refunds on Steam when a game doesn't work and then when I find a fix I go back and buy the next day.
I dont use steam that much so that is good to know if I ever start to use them.I ahem usually borrow my games from sites
Personally I always think it's annoying if there is no upgrade to the ''better'' version if you already have the basic one. I own a bunch of games (can't think of them right now) where you literally have to purchase the game a second time in order to get that extra content. It's ridiculous. I hope they add the deluxe version dinos as a DLC after release.

I don't know. Seems illogical to me as well because a lot fewer people are gonna buy a game again for some extra content unless it's on sale and dirt cheap. More people would buy an upgrade or DLC. So it actually makes no sense but I've seen it happening before.
