Although going back on topic, kinda... can anyone recommend any decent joysticks? I always preferred FE2 and FFE when using one, as opposed to mouse & kb. ED will be probably be only thing i use it for though so nothing too expensive... say around the £50-75 mark?

Well I can personally recommend the Logitech Freedom 2.4. Cordless and a stack of buttons. I picked mine up for next to nothing from the Bay of E.

I've known quite a few people to go the whole hog an get the Saitek X52, and they're pretty tidy as well. I seem to remember Chris Roberts having one in the background of the interview video.

I've also had the Saitek Aviator but it was rubbish - has this awful drift to it that makes keeping centered a mongrel.

Logitech products seem for the most part to be build really well and look pretty good to boot although I've been tempted by the Saitek Cyborg Evo.
