Just remove all guns and then no-one can complain about something they don't want.
Then prevent player to player damage, so nobody complains about other players.
Then remove ships and vehicles, so nobody has an advantage over anyone else.
Then serve drinks at the bar and let players play poker, dominos, snap, or whatever...
There you go, the whole game sorted to make everyone equally unhappy.

I don't think we should allow alcohol at the bar. To me this place is made to quietly discuss about Lore and BGS, not having fun with stupid alcohol (I mean in game, I'm an annoying booze drinker IRL).

(For OP's benefit, I play almost exclusively in solo and occasionally use premium to keep TTK lower in high CZs. That's because I also enjoy driving around on planets when exploring and so replenish my mats as part of my everyday gameplay, rather than seeing it as some grind expedition.)

All these are niche use by contrast to the HRP/SB meta, which is ubiquitous. Though it's less of a problem, because we have Premium ammo, which useful for many PvE situations and not just AX or ganking.

Or even just to a Threat 6 Pirate Activity site, see how many times you need to go jumping out and how slow your TTK is. Premium ammo works wonders here, and if you don't know that, then you really don't have a clue what you're posting about.
Do you need premium ammo for these things? No. Does it help drastically and efficiently? Yes.
