So I just noticed this on the Preorder page.

We have options for Steam, Epic, PSN, and Xbox, but no standalone option for those of us who don't use either of the services but use the standalone launcher.

I wonder if this was intentional to move players over to the Steam and Epic based launchers, I personally play using the standalone launcher, so this is a bit of an inconvience if I'm gonna have to launch through steam or epic.

Order early to get access to the Cobra V - it's a bit like the IV but heavier, slower with more hardpoints and cargo.

People may want a Panther Clipper but they're gonna get another Cobra!

I ordered the game from Steam back in early 2017 and although I have it installed from Steam I’m always running the stand along launcher. I never have Steam running in the background while I play the game.

I’d like to purchase Odyssey from the Frontier Store so I can continue playing it offline and not be tied to Steam. I’m a little concerned though because while I do see ED under “My Orders” tab when I log in to the Frontier Store, it says I have not purchased anything when I look at “My downloadable products”.

I think to play Odyssey stand alone I need to completely separate it from Steam but I can’t seem to install ED fresh outside of Steam because it doesn’t seem to be able to let me download it.

Anyone have any idea why that is?
