Prisoner Cells

Turning my FDS into Con-Air was a long plan of mine, but in 2.2 at least prisoner transport missions (prisoners, political prisoners, PoWs) were insanely rare, even inside and around prison systems. Here's hoping they addressed the missions rather than just the cabins.

If the prison ship is a megaship, its gameplay features isn't coming until 2.4 at the earliest. That was announced in one of the live streams.

I'm guessing it a mistake them being added to the change list.

Remember that some Mega-ships are capable of being landed on.
 
Yes but that essentially copy an pasting functionality from the stations/outposts.

New installations and megaships specific gameplay features aren't coming until 2.4.
 
I have had a couple of transport POW missions now around 64 Arietis.
But no cells for sale anywhere I can find, I just stick em into Economy Class.
 
You buy them at the prison ships, so you can do the passenger prison missions on the prison mega ships. Come on this isn't rocket science.
 
Enhanced Thrusters aren't for sale at Jameson's either but they're in the game. The prison mega ship/s will probably be a good place to look.

IMO you should require prisoner cells to transport Antal's dissidents in PowerPlay.

In Utopia we do not have prisoners because we don't have crime. Everybody is happy.
Some people do need ethical realignment therapy. But it is more like a holiday camp [yesnod]

You're right about that, rocket science generally has evidence to back up its claims. You got a screenshot or anything of where you got these prison cells?
 
it would be absolutely amazing if prisoner mega ships contributed to prisoner style passengers. I mean common Prisoner megaships should absolutely offer those types of missions in abundance. Maybe they could have a boatload of prisoner missions that tell you to transport them to penal colonies. these should be high risk passenger missions filled with interdictions.
