I am unable to download the game!! I bought pre order a few weeks ago..please help

did you download the launcher from FD Store? Login there, download launcher install it and then install E

i'm in the same boat. it's not available to download for me from their store too. I've logged in and it's still grey.

I've submitted a ticket incase its a store glitch
