News Progress on Horizons

Will Horizons support SLI? It seems pretty stable in normal mode but in SLI, it's like being inside a surreal painting with clipping everywhere and strange lines/slabs of solid colour all over the sky - but worst of all, what you're looking at directly, simply disappears... I have a pair of old 550's in SLI mode. (but, I have to sat, the game just about runs acceptably in normal mode too...

Same here even after manually identifying the exe in nvidia control panel as micheal suggested, as soon as I get close to the planet it's like flying into a dustbin full of chess boards.

Does anyone know if Wing Missions are planned for thr horizons udate? If not is this still on the list. Main Game still lacks in multiplay

I went to start up Horizons Beta today but it instead of play, an "upgrade" button appeared. Anyone know whats up with that????? some answers would be appreciated.

I think his point is that it normally reads "Update" instead of "Upgrade". I think he's correct that the word which came up was "Upgrade" for this release.

Kfed is right.

Hello there Developers! May i just say that you guy's are doing a wonderful job in the further development of ED. I have bought the game last week already with Horizons in mind, and let me tell you, I'm freaking loving it so far. However, i have come across an issue when ingaging in supercruise. It seems that whenever i aproach a planet, outpost or station while insupercruise, my framerate drops from constant 60's to 25 fps, to single digits in populated systems, even in solo mode. I'm not sure if this is the case, but, since Horizons will be 64 bit, will the issue be resolved? I'm running the game with the crimson driver for AMD cards, and i don't want to resort on rolling back to pre W10 drivers.

For further inspection, here are my specs:

Windows10 64bit;
AMD FX 8320E;
MSI R9 380 2gb;
16GB ddr3;
