Proof of Cheaters and hacking in Elite Dangerous.

Hi all.

Some of you may or may not know that im alongtime member of Guru3d forum. While i was posting in the Elite Dangerous thread over there, the Admin from a well know hacking site Artificial Aiming posted this screenshot.

I hope that the developers at Frontier have some sort of anti hacking software to combat this! I also hope that when cheaters are caught they are permanently banned from the game! Permanently!!

That is a very old screenshot (from Beta 1), I would very much hope that any such holes have been closed by now.

and this is also I would guess, part of the reason more and more was moved to the server for processing. But honestly if people need to AIM bot I just feel sad for them..

Could also be another reason for not releasing a 'Off Line Mode' as hackers have an install on their computer that they can reverse engineer then grief us all.

Lol, kind of a very sad and pathetic way to play the game. Why not just have a WIN button....?

Unless Frontier run some kind of cheat scanning software, these cheats will go undetected.

I can tell you that a HUGE amount of what was trivially hackable in Premium Beta 1 has been locked down tight. A great deal of work has gone into this in the background, so hats off to the FDEV coders looking at this, and the community white hats who uncovered flaws.

This is obviously fake. He pasted the regular AA FPS Cheat/Aimbot GUI onto a elite dangerous screenshot. Most of the options like "bullet correction" etc. dont even make sense with ED.
AA as far as i know is also specializing in Online FPS Games and not space simulators.
If they were to proove that they have a working cheat fot ED that they want to sell, they would do it with a video, as is their usual way of displaying their aimbot capabilities.
