I think, he like me hasn't worked out how to set it up. :) ie; what keys for what cam. I would like to see some ones cam control keys to refer to. need to work with va, va hasn't got any keys bound. if you can help. cheers
i'm using kb xb360 + custom controls. my binding are from before cam suite was added.
though just thought on how I will find them out.

For the most part, the controls are unbound (execpt throttle, i think?). The great thing is they are independent of any existing controller bindings, which are disabled when entering camera mode. You have a blank slate, so configure how you want. Bound mine to be pretty close to my ship movement setup, so it's like I'm "flying" the camera.

not tested the ones I have just ripped out of default bindings file and put in mine. when I checked the 360 default bindings there were keys set up for the cam.

tested them out and I still have none setup. copying them in didn't work. looks like I am having to load default and setup them again for my other apps. ;( unless some one shows me how theirs is setup.

True, just mentioned as my setup is public and thought it may help as I don't have that issue. Saying that, I do recall something like that during beta with some bindings not being exclusive as such but think it was fixed. I had that on my Warthog for example but haven't seen it for sometime.

At a high level, on my setup, I have the Camera Mode button and Free Mode on the same hat switch key. Hold down a modifier for entering Camera and then standard press for the Free Mode. I have not mapped anything to the main throttle axis in the Camera section.

Maybe someone with an X52 with it working fine might be able to offer some more specific recommendations for key mappings or buttons used?
