Objective: Hand in Bounty Vouchers for The Razor Whips

Description
The Kumo Crew syndicate has launched an initiative to construct up to five starports.
Kavanagh Spaceframes Ltd, an independent construction company, has been privately contracted by the Kumo Council to build fully operational Orbis stations. These will be located in uninhabited systems close to key trading regions and areas of commercial interest.
The Pegasi Sentinel newsfeed featured this statement from Archon Delaine:
To support this initiative, hand in your bounties to The Razor Whips at Gabriel Enterprise in the Harma system.
The initiative begins on the 15th of April 3307 and will run for one week. If the final target is met, the campaign will end immediately.
To earn rewards, you must sign up as an active participant before handing in Bounty Vouchers at Gabriel Enterprise in the Harma system. Only Bounty Vouchers handed in after signing up will count toward your personal contribution total.
Please note that if you have any crew members, a proportion of your bounty vouchers will be automatically assigned to them. These bounty vouchers will not count towards your personal contribution total, and your crew will receive the reward for these bounty vouchers when they are handed in. The proportion of bounty vouchers assigned to your crew will depend on their rank.
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.

- Maybury City (Outpost) & Muhammad Ibn Battuta Point (Planetary Base) in Harma
- Grant Plant in Kolabinates (Outpost, S/M pads only, 2.4 Ly, 473 Ls)
- Stableford Hangar & Kennedy Platform in Asoorajara (Outposts, S/M pads only, 2.67 Ly, 42 & 52 Ls)
- Potter Enterprise in Phraces (Coriolis starport, S/M/L pads, 5.6 Ly, 390 Ls)
- Stjepan Seljan Settlement in Biko (Coriolis starport, S/M/L pads, 9.00 Ly, 1,393 Ls)
- Note that some of the above systems are controlled by The Razor Whips so will not be useful if your bounty is with them!
