Yep, on CGs you generally earn far more credits doing the CG activity (trading, bounties, combat bonds etc) than the CG reward itself. It's why CGs with unique/interesting tier rewards get a lot of attention and often hit their top tiers quickly, whereas ones offering just credits get a more desultory response (although the community doesn't tend to let any CG actually fail).I made top 10% but the reward is pitiful anyway. Seems crazy that the goal that favours people who can hoard resources beforehand in fleet carriers has the best rewards, but the goal that demands time devoted to the task has the crappy reward. But I guess the item reward is just the equivalent of cash, isn't it?
Never mind, I earned a stupid amount of engineering materials whilst doing this. I really didn't fancy just doing shipping runs.
