Summary
System: Minerva
Station: Starlace Station (Coriolis Starport, large pads available, 463 Ls from main star, 70.23 Ly from Sol)
Objective: Hand in Bounty Vouchers for Brewer Corporation
Time limit: 6th March 3311 @ 06:00 UTC

Description
Following the recent security incident during Brewer Corporation's latest survey initiative, Brewer COO Mark Rennik has issued a request for protection of deliveries to the Minerva System.
Rennik stated in a separate press release:
The Trailblazer fleet is considered a key element in supporting early colonisation efforts. The recent Trailblazer Echo incident has shown that parties unknown are willing to sabotage humanity's expansion efforts. It is critical that this latest initiative is afforded protection, and I am confident that independent Commanders will provide the security required
  • All participants will receive a unique ship Decal. Participants must register at least 1 contribution to be eligible.
  • Credit rewards will also be distributed according to individual contribution level.
The campaign begins on the 20th of February and will run for two weeks. If the final target is met earlier than planned, the campaign will end immediately. To earn rewards you must sign up as an active participant before handing in Bounty Vouchers at Starlace Station. Only Bounty Vouchers handed in after signing up will count toward your personal contribution total. The Bounty Vouchers must have been awarded by either the system's controlling faction, or the major faction aligned with the system controller.
Please note that if you have any crew members, a proportion of your bounty vouchers will be automatically assigned to them. These bounty vouchers will not count towards your personal contribution total, and your crew will receive the reward for these bounty vouchers when they are handed in. The proportion of bounty vouchers assigned to your crew will depend on their rank.
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.
Notes:
  • Starlace Station is located near planet Eris
  • Station services: Commodities Market, Shipyard, Outfitting, Repair, Restock, Refuel, Social Space
  • Nearest Interstellar Factors (with reasonable in-system cruise distances, others are available):
    • Hiraga Hub in LTT 149 (Outpost, S/M pads only, 180 Ls, 12.32 Ly from Minerva)
    • Watson Terminal in Lalande 1799 (Coriolis starport, S/M/L pads, 564 Ls, 12.75 Ly from Minerva)
    • Tranquility in Tarach Tor (Coriolis starport, S/M/L pads, 359 Ls, 19.p09 LY from Minerva)

Are these materials requested by the current CG the tip to what would be required to build station in new colonies?

The following commodities have been requested:
-Copper
-Computer Components
-CMM Composites
-Power Generators
-Water Purifiers
-Surface Stabilisers
-Structural Regulators

Lots of BH choices.

Supply ships in 13 days? But Colonisation is supposed to be live next week 🤔 Very last minute.
Don't worry, I'm sure they will already have some megaships, and the CG is to build up their supply!

No, these are required to build the megaships. :)

Now I’m wondering if newly built starports may or may not suffer waves of terrorism… if that’s something Frontier would want to play into, of course.
I could see players really moaning if their systems were hit but perhaps more targeted, such as terrorist attacks on the Brewer Corporation?

The "Terrorist Attack" state really doesn't do much though.
Maybe not the state Terrorist Attack but something actually in lore like the NMLA attacks and… whatever other station bombings might have occurred in the past (I don’t recall any others that actually happened).

It could make for an interesting sub-plot. Maybe. At least I can imagine there might be some people or groups (whoever they may be and why) opposed to human expansion.

Environmentalists? After all, in a lot of systems, we barely even scratched the surface. Where's the need to dump human trash on even more planets when you can count the population on most setlled planets on the hand of blind carpenter?

Lots of BH choices.

I thought I was rusty on bounty CG mechanics or something, I read 'hand in vouchers for Brewer' and had to do a few extra takes to understand what's going on... so Pan Galactic Mining Corp. is running this one, on behalf of Brewer Corp., so the bounties just need to be for Pan Galactic Mining. Right?

Might be nice to have that clarified in the main post.

The Bounty Vouchers must have been awarded by either the system's controlling faction, or the major faction aligned with the system controller.

Pan Galactic Mining Corp owns the system and the station. Let us know if it doesn't work. I'll check for myself after work.

The "major faction" is less clear to me. PGMC is Independent, so, does that mean any independent bounty vouchers count?

Which bounties do I need to accomplish?

I took two (kill pirate name , and a kill pirate of faction) then I did another selecting the pan galatic mining group (the faction/group in charge of starlace station). Turned all three in like a normal mission (the blue highlight on the right) but still at zero (bounty) contribution.

Thanks

Missions are not directly related. Only bounty vouchers count. You probably earned some by doing the missions, so make sure you signed up for the CG, then turn the vouchers in at the Starlace administrative contact.
