Objective: Hand in Bounty Vouchers for Free Marlinists of Carinae

Description
The Marlinist Colonies have requested assistance to feed their population.
Eight systems were colonised by the Sirius Corporation to act as permanent reservations for the political refugees. Millions of Marlinists have now relocated to these settlements, thereby reducing tension between the Empire and the Federation.
The newly formed Marlinist factions are holding democratic elections to select their leaders. However, the transitional parliament has declared an emergency due to the shortage of food stocks.
The Free Marlinists of Carinae anticipate that there will be disruptive attacks from pirates and anti-Marlinism activists, and has offered bounties on all wanted ships which should be handed in at Stillman Hub in the HIP 22550 system.
If successful, the Free Marlinists of Carinae in conjunction with other Marlinist factions will give the top 75% of pilots a fully engineered, focused and lightweight point defence module.
The module will be placed in storage at Stillman Hub in the HIP 22550 system by the 23rd of January 3307.
To earn rewards, you must sign up as an active participant before handing in bounty vouchers at Stillman Hub in the HIP 22550 system. Only bounty vouchers handed in after signing up will count toward your personal contribution total.
Please note that if you have any crew members, a proportion of your bounty vouchers will be automatically assigned to them. These bounty vouchers will not count towards your personal contribution total, and your crew will receive the reward for these bounty vouchers when they are handed in. The proportion of bounty vouchers assigned to your crew will depend on their rank.
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.

  • Station services: Commodities Market, Shipyard, Outfitting, Repair, Restock, Refuel
  • Nearest Interstellar Factors (with "reasonable" super cruise distances, others are available):
    • Rochon Enterprise in HIP 23155 (Coriolis starport, S/M/L pads, 5.49 Ly, 127 Ls)
    • Rolland Platform & Bundrys Beacon in HR 1507 (Outposts, S/M pads only, 5.57 Ly, 2741 & 3627 Ls)
    • Klein Settlement in Tzu Kun (Outpost, S/M pads only, 5.84 Ly, 1285 Ls)

Final tier target = 240,000,000,000 = 240 Bill.
The controlling faction is only present in 2 systems only...
They only controll the target system so thats it with out a KWS...
No mission stacking likely as there are no anarchy factions in systems...

Mission stacking for kill targets happens out side the target system, when it has anarchy faction in system.. so the target system does not need a mission board. the systems with in 10-15lrs issue the missions to kill targets in the system but no anarchy faction mean there unlikely..

Dont forget to discover the new marlinist systems, this faction has a representative in more than two, and some systems even has HAZ Res.

beside that, wing trading mission stacking is probably the way to go. the often spawn juicy pirates.
 
I'm trapped within the system HIP 22550. Stuck on Supercruise 000.000, no matter what I do.
Wait it will crash out with orange sidewinder or another code to many Cargo ships.. in the system generating instances... servers giving up...
Full close client to desktop (PC)/dynamic menu (console) the wait afew mins and reboot game..
 
I have a plan... You know those annoying pirates that generate every time you restart mining in a ring and scan you ... there going to die...

Update Progrees so far 3 ships spawn most times and some are wanted and some are clean.. kill wanted leave ring, re-enter... Very slow but is working...
