@AstroPalma, I'm aware of and have read that response before. But it is quite old now and I want to know if things have changed at all. So these questions will hopefully be asked and answered on the livestream. So other people who don't hang out in the PS4 forum can find out what they can and can't use. It would be nice to get confirmation from FDev.

Based on other games, like War Thunder, Keyboard and Mouse are not supported as a control method. That particular game even has crossplay between PS4 and PC players, but the console players can only use a Dualshock 4 or a Joystick as a direct control input. It's a bit unfair, cause PC players have a huge advantage, but maybe it's a matter of Sony itself not allowing other methods of control than controllers and licensed peripherals. If that's the case, i'm afraid developers can't do much against it.

Hopefully FDev can shed some light on that matter next Thursday.

Hahaha! Well, rich i am not. But i will be using a Hotas 4. [hotas]
Nonetheless, that device can be awesome for other members of our community, if Keyboard and Mouse are not "officialy supported" and they have a big enough wallet.

Yes I hope they can mate. If it's a Sony thing then not much can be done.

You can use mouse and keyboard on war thunder. Ps4 allows using mouse and keyboard. It's up to the devs to allow it.

QUESTION QUESTION QUESTION!!!! I now have two PSN accounts for two different ED CMDRs, my primary "Old Duck" and secondary "Jenny". Can both of these be linked to the same Frontier account? I sure hope so, and if not, I hope there is a way to at least link these two accounts so DLC for Old Duck can be used by Jenny without purchasing twice...

Interesting question. I know on PC all cmdrs are separate. You can't use dlc bought for one on another.

My guess is separate. Worth asking though, although you can probably just ask someone on Xbox as it will be identical to that. Might get a quicker answer too.
