PS4 Save file nameing

Hi there. I play JWE2 on the ps4 with a keyboard and mouse. My problem is half the time when i go to save a game the name dissapers when I hit enter and comes up with new saved file or something like that. How can I fix this problem please?

If you try using a controller to input the save file name, is it saved as normal?
