Ps4 wont go past the Intro

Recently bought a new ps4 and downloaded JWE for it to only get to this (attached Screenshot) I've restored my licenses and downloaded it again, any help would be appreciated considering this is my favourite game

I see, there's been reports of this on the subreddit too. The first one reckoned it was a case of their PS4 being broken, but it seems a bit more widespread.

I'm sort of worried about starting up my PS4 now.

I'm guessing your's is the original PS4? Not the Slim or Pro?

New bug fix update just launched, they seem to reckon they've fixed the problem, you might want to download it and check.
