Sorry bud, I used up all my good net for building up my claimed system and the claim mentioned in this thread. And my bad net drops me out from the game every 10 minutes or so, I'll be out for this month.
Maybe try one of the architect-help-seeking thread see if you can get help there.
no worries. Game seem to be back to normal and no error anymore for me so I was able to make good progress

This is going to be hilarious, AND could serve as a educational reminder that reading misson detail (for station distance etc) is important lol.

It looks like the latest patch has changed some Primary Port locations. The system I've been keeping an eye on (but haven't colonized yet because it's ~500ly from the nearest inhabited system) had the Primary Port move from around the 13th planet of the B component @56K ls, to the 17th planet of the A component at 4K ls.
It's probably too late for people that already started a claim, but you might want to check other systems.

Starting with a T3 is a mistake. Exception is if primary port location is in a prime location for the station.
You need alot of landable planets to build any worth while economy/system.
The gold rush is over, you can now find nice systems to claim. I made a mistake claiming a system during initial rush. Its now bricked with only 2 surface slots. Got another with 72 slots

I think that's the gamble. But T3 I think is too much to handle, unless you already have the needed materials prepared on a carrier or something.
I've split the load, so I do a couple of hundred tonnes of the big metals but then will pick up say a tenth of the Oxygen requirement, so I'll get that done in "only" ten trips, then switch to doing a tenth of Copper per trip... so you get to complete those things every so often whilst still progressively knocking down the big Steel and Titanium numbers.
