Puke and Trash

I just hope you don't have to train each mechanic & janitor individually. That was the most tedious thing for me in RCT3.

And on the topic of vomit, Frontier has made such a classy game so tonnes of vomit... is just not clever. Let us be able to turn off the gushings of mush & bile if we wish. [squeeeeee]

My opinion is that in real parks you dont see so much trash and vomit around the park. And like in older Theme Park games this should be not a hugh part cleaning the pathes, there and back again there could be trash on the pathes but not so intense. It is more reallistic if the trash covers around the Trash Bins, because the janitor didn't empty it.

Exactly. In real life theme parks the janitors would spend most of their time emptying bins, keeping the toilets clean and sweeping up the occasional spilt popcorn. I've never seen anyone throw up at a theme park, I know it happens but it should be kept to a minimum.

See I really want to train them individually, all to have different names and traits that make them work differently, interact differently. I don't want to have a click to upgrade all with staff because that isn't management or interesting and then might as well be left out.

Same, and I'd rather they didn't all look the same as well. There's so much diversity in the guests which is improving with each update, yet the janitors: they all look exactly the same... [blah]

Aye, maybe later we will have 7 or 8 models that we can have a hire menu and flick through a bit like Theme Hospital as that was almost perfect for hiring and understanding the information. Bullfrog really got that right. If this is missed and we just have a person repeated I will be really disappointed tbh.

I would rather like them to look the same so it is easier for me to distinguish them from normal guests. This way I am able to point him out in a blink of a second without searching in the crowd of guests.

No, you are missing the point a little with what we mean.

They will still have a uniform and a giant broom but the faces, height & sex of the Janitor could be different though with a small description and their skill levels different with a different higher price for each. These change every in-game month so sometimes there are not very skilled and sometimes very skilled workers.

Like this sort of system

Yeah they would all wear the same overalls/uniform but I don't think its right for all the janitors to be identical siblings like they are just now. Look at the shop staff and ride attendants that are there at the moment: they all wear the same distinct red uniform but they are all individuals with their own faces and hairstyles. I see no reason why that can't be that same for the janitors, and there should be female janitors as well IMO, who else would clean the female toilets?

I also really like the Theme Hospital hiring system where you can choose people based on skills that Curlyriff pointed out. That's the sort of thing I would expect from a management sim game that strives to be as detailed as it says it is.

What are you thinking about why we have the possibility to get VIP staff pass? Why should frontier try to create different versions of the janitor, when we gave them for free?(ok 100 dollars to pay for). but a lot of people out there paid for it.

So your question must be answered ;)
