Purchase/redeem the game to continue

Yesterday i purchased the ED commander deluxe to start playing this game first time in my life... Now i have been trying 2-3hours to fix this and get information.

I bought the game through steam, i made new frontier account and linked steam to it. Now i can only play the demo and when i try to login in the launcher it says Purchase/redeem the game to continue.

I have reinstalled the game, restarted pc.
I opened a ticket but i do not get a conformation mail that i opened 1 so i dont know it got through...

What is like the response time of the technical support?

If you didn't get a confirmation email then there could have been a problem submitting the ticket. (Bug reports don't get email replies but support tickets do.)

(I bought an additional copy in the Steam sale and it took me 8 tries to find the correct method of validation - the top link here was it - and I have been playing this game for 4.5 years!)

Yes, i read all those and tryed everything in it. Now i found another page on the frontier site and there the open ticket did work. What a cluster. Hope this is a game i like since it started very bad already. Hope they fix it fast and not in like 5 days

I have to say that since the Steam version went to a "no CD key" version, there has been a huge number of occurrences of people having trouble getting set up. As I said, I have been playing this game for a long time with several accounts and I took a very long time to get past the validation. It really has not been done very well.

Saying all that though, the game is amazing and you will find lots of help from people in the Newcomer's Forum where you can ask any question without fear. :)
