I apologize in advance if there is already a thread about this.
I mainly play Elite on Xbox, but I recently purchased it from the Frontier Store. My question is a simple one. If I buy something from the in-game store on Xbox, will I have that same item on my Frontier/Steam version since they are linked?

No.

Items bought on one platform do not transfer to any other platform.

You can, it's just with an added timesink, in a proper, Elite Dangerous fashion

You should be able to change it by clcking on your name up to left (assuming your on a PC) and click your picture to to change it. Make sure the picture you want to use isn't too big (might need to scale it down a bit using mspaint or similar).
