Isn't that tricky to do? I haven't spent a lot of time I. Beta2 yet but it seems to me that the music changes based on what you do, as a result I'm not sure you can remove ship from music sound? Or have the audio options been changed in the menus to allow this?
That would also be a giant copyright violation.
Why? Did you know millions of video game soundtracks are on youtube? They don't sell it. It's for people to appreciate.
im bumping this, i need the soundtrack too, to properly convince my friends to buy elite AAAAND prefferably have something to listen to while doing homework. 
Yes I did know that, and if the rights holders are happy to leave them there then that's great, but that's also their call and not ours to make. They're entitled to pull those videos any time they want and Google will comply.
In a manner of speaking FD do sell the soundtrack, as it's one of the Kickstarter rewards. Offering it for free dilutes the value, so I don't see them jumping at that.
