Horizons PVH no where to be found

I have spent hours searching nearby systems for a planetary vehicle hanger and found nothing.
I have a planetary landing suite, picked up a cobra mk IV, hit every station with outfitting services within ~15 ly, and alas nothing.
Is there some sort of secret to getting one that I am not aware of?

They only come in class 2, 4 and 6.

I had no trouble finding one, was at the very first station I looked.

Literally every single station with outfitting I've visited since Horizons released has had PVHs available. I've honestly not been able to find a station that doesn't sell them. I'm sorry you're having this trouble.
Just remember it requires an internal compartment slot of at least size 2. Sort alphabetically (name ascending/descending) and look very carefully. Also be very sure that you're using the new launcher, and launching in "Elite Dangerous Horizons 64bit".

I can absolutely 100% confirm that Cleve Vision in Fusang has them.

Everywhere I've visited has had them, including the agricultural port I live in that has basically nothing (except palm trees in the docking bay). I always sort modules by class descending when I'm outfitting ships, because they're sorted next by grade, and I find that makes it easier to home in on exactly what you need in a long list. Pick that and then scroll down to the class 6, 4 or 2 range if you're trying to put one in a larger slot. They're grade G and H so they're usually near the bottom of the list.
