Real pilots duel in sidewinders.

This is the way forward. Sidewinder or Eagle, fixed weapons, minimal cost if you are destroyed (except maybe ego)

It is funny how, I was in a middle of a wing fight last night everybody was using shields less build and Hybrid builds, one guy jumped in a Vulture with his nice looking blue shields and very bright colors. Everyone stopped what they were doing and started shooting at this guy, let me tell you he didn't last a second, shields are the NEW SHOOT me now.

No way I will be running shieldless, FDL canopy is weak as hell.

Actually at this point the FDL may be the best ship to use silent running. All you gotta do is upgrade your life support.

The limited space for HRP makes me hesitant to even consider dropping my shields off at a station before coming out to play.. The idea of shifting all power to engines and weapons in an FDL is a tantalizing one though.
