Since December 2017, San Tu has been the home for organised PvP in Elite Dangerous. After the original alliance between the PvP community and Nova Force to flip the system to anarchy, the PvP Hub has been based out of the system. Activity has been up and down over the years, with the health of the PvP community closely tied to the health of the game. Through it all, San Tu has been the place to go for some of the highest skilled wing fights that you'll find in Elite.
Bouncing through the dense, icy rings of San Tu 3 with Chomsky Terminal nearby for the inevitable rebuy. The PvP Hub packs the highest octane, most adrenaline fuelled 15 minutes you can get in the game.
Most recently, the PvP Hub was revived in November 2019. A hard working alliance of BGS groups and PvPers most recently flipped San Tu back to anarchy mid March 2020 and, with the mining boom making rebuys (and therefore organised PvP) more accessible than ever: the PvP Hub has been going strong. Since San Tu became anarchy, RoA have also held the latest League there, which is still ongoing.
In the spirit of cooperation and for the health of the PvP community the PvP Hub welcomes ED: Arena, set up by Russian PvP groups, to San Tu. We recognise that an English-speaking Hub is not the most accessible for many of the players in Elite for whom English is not their native language. It's great to see San Tu being used as a place for productive and positive PvP interactions - for the PvP Hub, RoA League and now ED: Arena.
